New York Traveling Poster Exhibit Continues
The Peru Free Library (Peru, NY) and the Adirondack Correctional Facility (Ray Brook, NY) will display posters of AWTT portraits during the month of May 2026. This is the third month of a traveling show, following earlier stops at the Saranac Lake Free Library (Saranac Lake, NY) in March and the Plattsburgh Public Library (Plattsburgh, NY) in April.
These portrait shows were inspired by an outdoor exhibit during the summer and fall at the John Brown Farm State Historic Site in Lake Placid. Stay tuned for announcement of a follow-up exhibit there from May to October 2026.
This portrait series is co-sponsored by John Brown Lives!; OurStoryBridge Listens: Present in the Moment; the Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System; and the Northern New York Library Network. Contact Anna Forsman at John Brown Lives! for more details.
