The 17th annual MY HERO International Film Festival was held virtually on December 4, 2021. The festival brought together student and professional filmmakers and their heroes from around the world.

NOTE: AWTT portrait subject Frances Moore Lappé was featured, along with her daughter Anna Blythe Lappé, in a short winning film about their 50th anniversary publication of Diet for a Small Planet.
