Moth-style storytelling event: Finding Our Way

AWTT artist Robert Shetterly is pleased to be joining a troupe of talented storytellers at the Camden Opera House on May 2, 2024, 7 p.m., for “Finding our Way.”

According to sponsor Wayfinder Schools, this will be “a live storytelling event featuring Wayfinder grads and other notable Mainers. This fundraising evening offers funny, poignant, and heartfelt stories of people finding their way in theater, art, business, writing, dance, education, and the great outdoors! This year’s speakers include Ellen Baker, Molly Gawler, Penny Guisinger, Paul Hodgson, Daisy Ingraham, Noah Kleiner, Abbie Leonard, Nicolle Littrell, Brianna Merrill, Robert Shetterly, and Dwayne Tomah.”

Wayfinder Schools is “a state- and nationally-recognized model of alternative education that has helped hundreds of Maine teens realize their goal of earning their high school diplomas. Using social justice, strength-based and relational strategies, [they] reengage youth who are over-age and under-credited and at risk of not earning their high school diploma.”
